Room is huge and can fit two King sized beds with room to spare. I can leave all furniture if needed, and you would be moving into a complete setup from day 1. Apartment gets tons of light.
The Building: 24-hour doorman, 24-hour gym, shared patio on each floor,
Location: Half a block from Myrtle-Willoughby G train. Technically Bed-Stuy, but apartment is located right near the Williamsburg and Clinton Hill borders.
Roommates: Two master's students in their mid-20s — quiet, respectful, clean. Guests welcome. Not a party house though.
