Located on the 3rd floor of an elevator building and only a few steps from Central Park. This apartment features a large living area, very high ceilings, south facing exposure, large loft area, separate kitchen, one full bath, and great closet space.

The space is bright, airy, and very comfortable for both living and working.

It is also super convenient for getting around the city, with multiple subway lines nearby (A/C, 1/2/3, and B).

(Utilities, WiFi, Cable, and electricity are not included.)

Rental requirements

- Since this is a lease takeover, you will need to apply and get approved by the landlord. This process will be coordinated by the landlord.

- Once we're ready to move forward, I will put you in contact with this individual to immediately begin the application process.

It's a 1BR on Cabrini Blvd, second floor walk-up. The kitchen is the real selling point: it's a full eat-in with a gas stove, a full-size fridge, and a ton of cabinet space. The living room is separate and fits my sectional plus a desk with room to spare. The bedroom fits a queen. Hardwood floors, prewar moldings, full tub in the bathroom.

Location is great. The A is two blocks away, the 1 is about five minutes, and buses run on Fort Washington and Broadway. There are three parks within a ten minute walk.
