Large Room w/ Bonus Space - Bedstuy/ Clinton Hill - July/August Move-In!

I have a beautiful 4th floor duplex apartment located on the edge of BedStuy and Clinton Hill at Myrtle Ave.

Close to lots of great food, cafes, bars, grocery, and just down the street from Ft Greene Park.

The apartment is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment with central heating and cooling, an in-unit dishwasher, and an in-building washer/dryer, and good closets/storage. There is also some outdoor storage space at ground level for a small item or two, if needed.

The apartment is split between myself and one other person, my current roommate. He is moving out to live with his partner at the end of June. We are seeking someone to do a one-month lease takeover starting at the beginning of July, and sign a new 12-month lease that starts on August 1st.

Spacious 1 bed in Hell's Kitchen area $4,500 LOOKING FOR LEASE TAKEOVER

Hey! I live in Hell's Kitchen and need to find someone to take over my lease because I need to be with family after a family emergency. Are there any good platforms (or are you interested?) to find someone relatively quickly? 2-3 months ish is my timeline, but the sooner the better.

It's a great 1 bed apartment in a luxery elevator/dooman building. Great price for the area too! The bedroom is down a long hallway, so if you have a roommate, you can't hear each other if one stays in the living room. About 12 months left on the lease. The building is super clean, quiet, and around a bunch of the big NYC colleges and shopping centers, so it shouldn't be too hard to find someone. RIght? (please put my mind at ease lol)

The apartment is a fourth floor walkup in a pre-war building. It sits above a laundromat and has been renovated to have a dishwasher. It’s about a 10 min walk from Columbia, 7 min walk from the B/C trains and 8 min walk from the 1 train. It’s also about 22 min from the Times Square station.

On shopping, it’s a 10-15 min walk (or 3 min bus) from the 96th st shopping center with Whole Foods, Target, TJ Maxx, Home Goods, Trader Joe’s, Chick Fil A and Chipotle. Rent is $3,611.31 and includes heat/hot water. Other utilities (electric, internet) are additional and in my experience cost ~$131 per month on average.

Since my wife and I are moving out of state, we're looking to transfer the lease for our 1-bedroom, rent-stabilized apartment at the Addison in downtown Brooklyn. The lease ends on May 31, 2027 (10 months) and includes the option to renew. Also, rent will not increase at all upon renewal due to the city's rent freeze mandate.

Some highlights about the apartment: large windows (overlooking courtyard), 3 large closets, full kitchen with dishwasher, hardwood floors, AC unit in each room.

Building amenities include: gym, large laundry room, 24/7 concierge, lounge, courtyard, package room, laundry room, kids room, tenant storage space, parking garage, etc.

662sq ft 1/1 in Kips Bay — Windsor Court starting late October

Putting out early feelers for anyone looking for a 1br that easily flexes starting in October. Our lease is up in September but we are having a baby in August and trying to get through 2 month vaccines before moving out of state.

If we were to re-sign for the next year, the monthly price would be $5392. Our unit is 662sq ft, among the largest 1/1 floor plans, and close to the top floor. Smaller units on mid to high floors are pushing $6000 right now in our building, and one identical floor plan on the 8th floor (virtually no view) is listed for $5400.
