I'm moving out and my landlord is offering a new lease on my place starting November 1. Figured I'd put it here before it goes up anywhere else

It's a 1BR on Cabrini Blvd, second floor walk-up. The kitchen is the real selling point: it's a full eat-in with a gas stove, a full-size fridge, and a ton of cabinet space. The living room is separate and fits my sectional plus a desk with room to spare. The bedroom fits a queen. Hardwood floors, prewar moldings, full tub in the bathroom.

Location is great. The A is two blocks away, the 1 is about five minutes, and buses run on Fort Washington and Broadway. There are three parks within a ten minute walk.

$2,295/month, [12]-month lease directly with the landlord. No broker fee. $20 application fee per person, then first month plus one month security at signing. They do check credit, so you'll want that in decent shape. Small pets are fine (I have dogs here now).

Happy to answer questions or set up a time to see it. DM me.
