Paying $500+ To Anyone Who Successfully Helps Me Find My Next NYC Apartment

Hi, I'm looking for help finding an apartment in NYC for ~$1200 or less with a reward of $500+ cash if it meets my criteria and I sign the lease. Not looking for a full apartment but a share. Been working a lot so I don't have a lot of time to search + I know these apartments exist but one needs speed/ dexterity to secure them.

What I'm looking for:

- Between ~$1000-$1200 per month ($1300 with utilities)

- Move-in by November 20th, 2026

- Ideal Location: Lower East Side, Two Bridges, Chinatown, South Williamsburg, FiDi, Lower Manhattan, Midtown Manhattan, East Village (just anywhere with a ~30 minute commute to Newport, NJ).

I'm open to lease takeovers or long-term sublets too and can move quickly for the right price. Feel free to Dm me with how you would approach the search and your experience with NYC housing too.

DFW In-Person GMAT/MCAT/GRE Study Buddy

Hi, I'm 24M looking for a study buddy for the GMAT to take it around January 2026, We don't need to be exactly taking the same exam or be on the same study schedule, but I would to love to find someone to study with in person so both can keep each other accountable on a consistent basis and we can also ask questions and learn from each other! Studying in cafes & libraries is what I'm thinking! You can either dm or reply to this post. I live in the Arlington-Grand Prairie area but comfortable driving to FW or even east of Dallas.

People who recently switched to private aviation to avoid commercial travel hassles

I'm working on a story about travellers who have recently started flying private, particularly those who made the switch because of frustrations with commercial air travel.

I'm interested in speaking with people who within the last few months began using private jets, charter flights, jet cards, or fractional ownership programs and can discuss:

  • What pushed you away from commercial flying
  • Whether delays, cancellations, airport crowds, security lines, or schedule flexibility played a role
  • How often you fly private now versus before
  • Whether the experience has been worth the cost
