Clown Crew Monsters
Do Clown Crew Extra Deck Monsters effects activate in grave or when they are tributed?
Reason I am asking is to see if Grave keepers Inscription or Silent Graveyard turn them off when they hit grave.
Locals have a lot of crown crew decks in play and I am trying to see if these two cards in the side would help?
