This is our SIC, Sofia. She is only nine pounds (she has a very small frame), but she packs an attitude that is larger than life. She is just a hair over 15.5 years old, and even in her older age, she hasn't slowed down a whole lot. She always has something to say, and we love her to pieces!
Hello! I have recently started the Metformin extended-release tablets to help with my severe insulin resistance. It's been about four weeks now, and while I don't really have any gastrointestinal issues, I have experienced an uptick in my anxiety and depression. Could this just be a sign that my body is trying to get used to using my insulin more efficiently? Has anyone else experienced a temporary increase in mental symptoms while adjusting to Metformin? Thanks in advance for any and all input!
I am getting lower in my diazepam taper, and as I do, I find that I need to cut smaller percentages than what the tablets allow. I am thinking of switching to Diazepam Intensol liquid for more precise measurements and to make smaller cuts. Has anyone switched from tablets (they're TEVA brand) to liquid and had any issues acclimating? If so, how long did it take for you to finally feel better? Thanks in advance!
