Other than divination magic, I would love to hear ideas about how he might do this.

The idea is that a PCs evil brother has burned down a section of an elven forest while disguised as the PC, and the elves have come to the mostly human but diverse capital city seeking justice against the PC. The captain of the guard from the elven kingdom is in the capital and can ID the PC.

I'd love to hear some fun ideas, not just for ways the PC can prove innocence, but what other dastardly things could be going on.

I'm ready to get the vaginoplasty done. I've got insurance ready, but it's localized to Illinois and adjacent cities, like St. Louis (which isn't far for me). I can't find any providers for v-plasty in St. Louis. I've looked at Chicago, but Rush won't even return calls (and others tell me they are also having trouble getting calls returned). I don't want to have anything to do with Northwestern.

Anyone got a recommendation for surgeons/hospitals that performs this time of gender affirming surgery? I'd love to hear about some!
