Hi! I recently joined an agency that’s running a creator program. As part of their process, they send 3 items to the content creator, 1 for gifting and two for return.

I hadn’t seen a return as part of a process, is this common? I feel it generates friction when there’s no flat fee and only gifting, to tell the creator “hey, but you need to return these 2 items”

This is a question more on the process side of things, or management.
