Relisting vehicle

Has anyone ever seen booking drop significantly once they have blocked dates off for a while? Two of my cars I blocked off from booking for a few months, maintenance and trying to go private was kicking my A**

I have put them back up but they have been very slow to get bookings when they were always out non stop I’m talking every week never sat longer than 1 day.

Anyone else experience this? If so what did yall do to get going back into the algorithm?

Rental fleet owner.

Hey guys, I started out on turo(still there) and I am now renting privately through my company!

Yesterday I had a car break down on a renter 2Hours away! Brakes went completely gone from brake booster. I drove all the way out there to try to fix the part my self but mainly to make sure she was safe and I gave her another vehicle. She booked a 3 day I also refunded 1 full day back to her for the inconvenience.
I couldn’t get the car fixed and no mechanics were available I had to stay there over night until I could call a tow this morning which took a total of 4 hours to come I’m finally just getting back home. And still have to get the car fix. But my main thing and concerns were to make sure I did right by the customer by all means no matter what I had to do.

As we know something like this can happen with any company would you feel satisfied with my customer service? I responded to all calls and messages in 3 mins or less
