So I’m moving into a new apartment and I have a fairly bright living room. The wall where the TV would go doesn’t get direct sunlight, but there are large windows on the left wall right next to the TV, and also behind the couch. The windows next to the TV have exterior shutters, which can make the room quite dark.

So my question is: would it be a bad idea to buy the C5, or will it be able to handle the light? Ideally, I don’t want to keep the shutters closed all the time, but it would be possible if needed.

And yes, I do watch quite a lot during the day. I’d say around 35% daytime use and 65% nighttime use.

Another option would be going for a TCL QM8K.

Both TVs would be 83/85 inches.

And S95F is no option because price...
