First Goa Trip with Girlfriend
Hey everyone,
Planning my first Goa trip with my girlfriend in the last week of June, and we’re specifically looking at South Goa because we want a peaceful/chill vibe instead of parties and crowds.
Would love some advice from people who’ve been there recently/live there etc:
How’s the weather during late June?
I know monsoon starts around then, but is it manageable for cafés, beach walks, relaxing, etc.?
We want:
1.quiet vibes
2.less crowded beaches
3.cozy cafés nearby
4.greenery/nature
slow mornings kind of trip
Which areas would you recommend?
I keep hearing about the Goa taxi mafia/scam situation.
What’s the actual reality?
Best way to travel around safely and without getting ripped off?
Would love recommendations for:
peaceful and trusted Airbnbs
beachside properties
places with good aesthetic/vibes for couples
Budget is 30k-35k overall (excluding flights)
Any first-time Goa dos/don’ts or underrated tips would also help a lot.
