I'm looking into a 1981 BMW 528i, 5-speed manual, with approximately 197k miles.

It's a one-owner car, garage-kept for many years, clean title, complete, and runs and drives. The interior looks great for its age, but the exterior paint needs attention.

Would $15,000 be a reasonable price for something like this, or is that too much?
