Lead Associate (L3) vs PA
Hey I’m looking to find out from someone who’s in the role what a Lead Associate does. There is an opening for one , and it’s an L3 position, but you really don’t hear anything about those roles. Just try to get more info.

I’ve already asked the AI on our app, and I got two different answers. So I turn to you. On our 1 year anniversary do we earn more standard PTO each year, or are years 1 and 2the same? I’m not in cali. If in year two you do, does the extra amount earned start on your anniversary date, or January 1st?
Thanks
I’ve been wanting contacts for years. I finally got great vision insurance, and today was the day I went in for my tutorial, and test them out. For 30 minutes I tried, and I couldn’t get them in.
The employee was having me use my non dominant hand bend and reach down to pull up my lashes. My middle finger on my dominant hand pull down the bottom lid, and my index finger pop it in. It was impossible to get enough of my top lashes. I was still able to blink. The contrast would slide on my finger. It wasn’t even close. I just left after 30 minutes. Thanked them and was out.
There has to be a better way
My jeep has a pretty bad coolant leak. Only when pressurized. It’s on the right side between middle and front wheel. I saw a big puddle immediately after parking, but when it is idling nothing is noticeable in shooting coolant out. I see no wetness from up top, or directly around the radiator. My oil is clean. Not milky. Again the top of the engine is dry, but from the areas underneath. I feel it has to be spraying with the amount of areas it drips once the engine is turned off and pooling on the metal. It’s not the reservoir tank.
The engine is not overheating. No check engine light.
Any suggestions on where to start. Hoping it’s a small hose under the engine, and not the water pump
Thanks
Any suggestions
