Anyone else’s 955 have temperature fluctuations? It goes up to 200 degrees when idling after driving for 30 mins and back down to 180 when moving (air flow helps cooling?). Might need a new water pump and thermostat, no coolant leaks. 160k miles.
Leads to a future deck! Can prob put a hot-tub on each step.
This is the most physically tolling thing I’ve ever done. Pick-axing the stair runs, Sledging rebar (10-12 2’ bars per step), moving lumber uphill etc. almost there. Did the first half last summer, finishing up soon!
Replaced the transfer case gear motor and it prob wasn’t the issue in the end. Needed a good vice grip crank on the gear itself and probably needs a new servo cpu driver.
Had to push it up the driveway last week w my work truck to get it out of the sidewalk, after trying out the low range shifter again. It got stuck in neutral. Back in operation now.
