I’m so sad, I was checking on my garden this afternoon and was really hopeful my broccoli might produce something this year. A few hours later I go out and 6 out of the 8 have been eaten to nubs. To add insult, the two that got left alone were the two that weren’t thriving and I was a bit worried about. The garden is even currently surrounded by a 2ft deep moat which was dug for some maintenance purposes. I’ve “seasoned” my garden with cayenne pepper now since that’s all I had on hand, but I’m so let down after just hours ago thinking the broccoli was doing pretty well for once.
