aftermarket exhaust
Hi everybody,
I have a 2025 Hornet CB 750 (European version, with Euro 5+ emissions compliance so not sure if this applies to US models as well) and I recently swapped out the stock exhaust for a MIVV GP Pro slip-on without the db killer. Sound is great but It seems to me that the bike is now running leaner and feels a bit different in the low/mid range RPMs as well, with less torque.
Is anyone with an aftermarket exhaust experiencing something similar?
At least for the European market, I know that the 2025 model meets Euro 5+ emissions standards, which are stricter than those of the previous year's model, so I'm wondering if the ECU mapping is now particularly sensitive to exhaust changes, even if it's just a slip on
