It's still a messy sketch and a WIP, but...this is the rough idea for my main art for my Toons Universe OC, Evangeline (Eve for short?) the Sea Angel!

I based her on a Sea Angel, and her color palette was inspired by the "Fountain of Dreams" map on Smash Bros. 🥹🩵🩷💜💛

Once I do the clean lineart and do proper rendering, I'll try to get the other emotes and things done that I had planned for her. Sorry for the ramble- I hope you enjoy her like I enjoyed making her! ✨
