CDS gifted me an Orange❤

The CDS gifted me one tiny little pale orange braincell. I found him hiding in some wood pallets near my garage this morning. I think he's a dumped pet🥺 because he was found alone, is very clean, litter trained, and suuuuuper friendly.

I've already got a space set up for him and a vet appointment scheduled. We've just been playing and cuddling together these past few hours.

Thinking about a revision?

I feel like my chest looks puffy(?), and I have a lot of skin/tissue that I can squish around pretty easily.

I'm a year and 2 months out from peri-areolar top surgery, so things are long settled by now. I know I'm kinda flabby, 5'2 and 123lbs, but I've seen many guys far larger than me with much better surgery outcomes.

I have a phalloplasty consultation at the end of the month, and will be asking the surgeon (he also performs top surgery) if he thinks a revision is necessary. So I will be receiving medical input.

But if I'm being vulnerable for a moment, I'm extremely insecure about this. I can't tell if its in my head or a real problem. So I thought I'd reach out to some other people for advice.

Does this look like something that needs revision? Or is this just a matter of me needing to lose weight or gain muscle?
