Hi guys I need your advice.

I have a guest that is supposed to come tomorrow, today (and I mean now) she wrote me that her dog is sick for several days and that she is unable to come. Asking for a full refund. It is 12 days and the amount is not so little, ofc we cannot fill these days super quick now.

What would you answer to her?
