How could Nabu be alive in Magical Adventure if he died in season 4?

That kinda confuses me. Because from what I searched online, episode 24 from season 4, where Nabu died, was originally released in Italy on November 9 in 2009 before the English version was released on July 22 in 2012.

But the movie, Magical Adventure, was released on October 29 in 2010 in Italy, after season 4 was finished. So, how is it possible? What are your theories for this?

Do you think Riddle will cut ties with his mother in the future after he graduates NRC?

In my honest opinion, I think Riddle might probably reduce minimum contact with his mother and only maintain contact with his father once he becomes an adult and chooses his future career. But I don't know if Riddle's mother will change so easily once she realizes her son isn't talking to her anymore. But at least he'll be living his life normally without hearing his mother calling him "ungrateful" just for not contacting her anymore. I mean, can you blame him though?

This is just a Headcanon I have in my head.
