Abortion advice

Location: Tennessee

I had an abortion at the end of March/beginning on April through a clinic in VA. My state doesn’t allow abortions. I took the pills. I still haven’t started my period. My breast are still extremely sore. I have no sex drive. I want to follow up with a OBGYN to see what is going on. I don’t want to go to my reg OB and say I had a miscarriage because I feel like it will be sus considering I never went to her to confirm I was pregnant. Am I able to follow up with a planned parenthood in my state (even though it isn’t legal) and say I had an abortion? Or should I go back to VA? I want to be safe rather than sorry.
