Please, I need advice 🙏

I took my cat to the vet on Monday because one of her front toes is swollen and raw. The vet prescribed her an antibiotic tablet to take called Zeniquin 25mg, 1/2 tablet once daily.

I am concerned because the swelling hasn’t subsided.and it has been 5days. In addition to the tablet, I’ve also been using an epsom salt soak once daily. (One tbsp per cup of water) After the soak, I inspect her toe and use a tissue to wipe away any gunk stuck to her toe/claw. There is a tiny, I do mean tiny, amount of blood that appears. However, It stops bleeding pretty quickly.

How concerned should I be? What would you recommend I do?

Back story: I believe she caught her claw on the e-collar she was wearing for another ailment that has since healed. She hasn’t been wearing the e-collar all week.

Thank you in advance for your advice 💕
