My boyfriend and I are looking to go to Mexico in January 2027, what’s the best resorts to go to? I’m looking for a place with things to do either at the resort or near by (excursions, shopping, etc.) preferably all inclusive, preferably adults only (but that’s not mandatory) and a jungle vibe, on the ocean, something like Xcaret without the $1000 a night price tag since we’re broke college kids. I’m not picky what part of Mexico we go to. It would be just the two of us and we’re thinking of staying 5 nights, we would spend around $300-$400 a night for 2 people.
