Splash+ card "I can't play this card."
Am I missing something? I got the free High Five from an upgraded Splash (colorless card that lets me pick 1 out of 3 attacks to add to my hand and makes it free that turn), yet it refuses to play. This is very early in the run, and I see no relics or curses that could interfere with it. Bug?
