I'm in the fairy early stages after this journey, having a faux constant hunger that started during antibiotic use. I now take probiotics and omeprasole and gaviscon and it's under control if I eat the right stuff. I love my food, I'm ADHD so struggle if I don't get a variety of food, and I was a grazer anyway so it can be hard to get enough calories in (though a bit of weight loss won't hurt and might help my reflux, I don't want to lose too fast).

I was wondering what your favourite snacks are, and other recipe ideas? I know we all have different triggers. My main ones are fat content and portion size. I'm enjoying peanut butter powder which has a much lower fat content.

Last night I made a pasta sauce by simmering frozen squash chunks with vegetable stock and mixed spice (a sweet spice blend, like apple pie spice) then blended with a little olive oil and milk (it would be fine without these but they help the texture). And I'm just putting some ice lollies in the freezer made from tinned mango and 0% fat yogurt blended up.

What have you been enjoying cooking/eating?

Hi, I'm relatively new to managing acid reflux following a couple of courses of antibiotics this year so still figuring out my triggers. Trying to make sure I snack in the day as standard/larger portions at meals is a big trigger. What are your favourite reflux friendly snacks?

I've been eating more vegetables eg peppers and celery as well as fruit, oatcakes with cottage cheese or peanut butter powder made into spread (much lower fat so less triggering), light babybels, and nature valley protein bars. Also ordered a popcorn maker to make low fat popcorn. Porridge also works well made with water and peanut butter powder- last time I sweetened with banana.

Any other ideas? And what do you drink? I'm avoiding fizzy drinks and coffee and don't really drink tea, so getting bored of water and herbal teas.
