Hi,

My brother started a new business recently and need ideas/support to expand it. For context - My father is a wholesaler of jaggery, we can buy bukk organic jaggery for a good price rate compared to the market, and we decided to start selling it as a start point, and later expand to multiple products under the same brand. But seeing the current situation and dynamics, There are a lot of brands in the market, and we are confused on how to grow. Any ideas/suggestions are welcome.
