M1 air -> M5 pro
I’m going to college next year and I’m planning to study economics and computer science (will be doing ML work and financial modeling stuff).
I use Claude, play mc, and hope to do some light video editing for YouTube and wtv.
Is it worth the upgrade from a base m1 air to a m5 1TB 24g of ram pro.
Idk if I should just wait until my laptop fully shuts itself or not
