Can GHL dynamically segment an email campaign using custom field values?

Can GHL dynamically segment an email campaign using custom field values?

Let’s say context I have smart list with contacts opted in for update alerts and I have applicants with custom fields for:
Minimum price
Maximum price

Say I have a new property listed at £300,000.

I want to send the email only to a portion of contacts / a micro segment of the smart list where:

Minimum price ≤ £270,000
AND
Maximum price ≥ £330,000

Is there a way to do this within the email campaign using custom fields without creating a permanent Smart List for every price range?

Ideally I’d like to enter the property price / ranges when setting up the campaign and have HighLevel work out which contacts match.
Is this possible, or is there another way to achieve it?

---

Inside the Recipient (To), all the Segment Components are Tags, Contacts and Smart Lists.
- Tags = Tag is or Tag is not (e.g., "Tag is A")
- Smart Lists = Smart List is (e.g., "Smart List is A")
- Contacts = Contact is or Contact is not (e.g., "Contact is A, B, C") If you select multiple contacts, it behaves like an OR operation (e.g., A or B or C)
- Pre-built Segments = Segment is or Segment is not (e.g., “Engaged in last 30 days” or “Not engaged in 30 days”)

Need advice: composite door, original porch and future tile replacement

Looking for a bit of advice from anyone who’s done something similar.

I’ve got an original recessed porch with terrazzo tiles that run both inside and outside the front door. I’d like to replace the existing timber door with a composite door and sidelights.

My ideal plan would be to install the new door now and replace the tiles at a later date, but not essential. Most importantly I’d like to futureproof it so I can change the flooring in years to come without having to remove the door.

I got a quote from a local company just to see and they basically said there are only two options:

• Fit the new door onto the existing tiles.

• Replace the tiles first, then fit the new door.

Their reasoning was that if the door is fitted first and the tiles are replaced afterwards, the new tiles could end up blocking the drainage holes in the threshold.

That makes sense to a point, but it got me wondering if there’s another way of doing it.

Has anyone had a door fitted on a separate sub-cill, concrete upstand or similar so the internal and external tiles simply finish up to the threshold, while still allowing the drainage holes to work properly?

Or is fitting the floor before the door genuinely the only proper way to do it?

I’d really appreciate any thoughts

Thank you

Custom Webhook Pricing

Hi everyone,

Looking to see if anybody knows pricing on HighLevel Custom Webhooks?

It says “This is a premium action. Using this action will incur additional charges per execution.”

I’m using a SaaS sub-account (not my own agency account) and trying to understand how Custom Webhooks are billed.

From what I can see: Custom Webhooks are available on Starter and Unlimited plans.

They’re classed as a Premium Action and appear to maybe cost $0.01 per execution?

Can anyone confirm if this applies the same way inside a SaaS sub-account, or does the agency owner need to enable/pay for Premium Actions at the agency level?

Thanks.
