ruby the cutest pup ❤️potty training update!
ruby loves to stick her nose out of the crate bars and i think its comfy for her, even if it makes her look goofy ❤️
btw she has the harness on very often because she wants to destroy that thing the first time i put it on
UPDATE OF THE POTTY TRAINING
i asked for advice in last post i made, but i listened to some of the advice and took her outside a bit
it didnt seem to work because she has difficulty wanting to get out of the patio, but if i close the door once shes out she’ll want to explore
so good news! she is successfully pottying outside and i believe had only one accident earlier when i wasnt at home (school)
she is doing really well with going outside, even though she is not going in the exact same spot every time, which is fine as long as shes going outside
the trick for her was just to make her go outside, run around and play with her, let her explore the backyard, and then she will potty when she feels ready!!
thank u guys, the ones who gave me solid advice. the solution was really simple all along. now i just have to see if she can maintain it for day 4 tomorrow!!!
she is such a sweet girl but shes starting to bite, haha. her personality is starting to come out as she gets more comfortable. she is not a lap dog but she is very good with not eating non-edible things, even though she will bite and sniff them ❤️

also does anyone have any recommendations for not-too-expensive treats that are small like tiny kibble pieces size that are good for non food motivated pups? she might gain more of an appetite later but i want to get some good treats before i introduce them to her in a few days
