I was put in a secondment project from November 2025 to July 2026 without my consent. My last day at secondment is tomorrow and as I had my compoffs I am leaving early. My Form 108 will generate on 31st July 2026.

Now what happened is where i was put in a secondment there he did not mention that i am article and now during my relief he was saying why did you tell the client that you are an article, but I didn't clearly from my connections on linkedln it was mentioned there that I am a article. I told my head in May that I am an article upfrontly.

Now he is saying that your firm while renewing the contract did not mention that you will leave mid way, I told him I was not officially obligated to inform you , they were.

Now my principal is denying to sign the form and delaying it. I have my ITT training commencing from 3rd August , I want that batch and complete as due ti such hectic and toxic articleship I couldn't study at all in these 2years.

I beg of everyone if someone could suggest how should I tackle this situation.

Can any CCM or chairman if you are close of any contact. Please help me.
