Senior flight accommodations.
My 82 year old grandfather is going to be flying solo here in the coming weeks.
He is in great health, both physically and mentally. He needs no help getting himself around the airport. But my old man can’t use a smartphone to save his life, is there any service I could book him just for helping him find his gate (he will 100% have a connection flight)? Not particularly worried about the departure airport or the arrival airport seeing that they are SDF and BDL. But most of our flights have connections in Baltimore/DC and rarely NY.
I know I can book him someone to wheelchair him to the gates and help him on the plane, but he doesn’t need any assistance moving and both him and I feel like we would be abusing the system if we were to do that.
