Does closure really help ??
24M.It's been 6 years since we broke up and we haven't seen each other or spoken to each other for about 4 years. She anyways moved on (had a boyfriend) but I still feel something for her. I never had a proper closure. Do you guys think if I can convince her for one meet (for getting closure) It will help me or it'll make it worse for me.
