There is still a bug where you cant auto redeem causing you to spend an extra 800 points every time.

The auto redeem gift card won't stay activated.

This needs fixing ive recently had to spend atleast 8,000 points extra than what I would of had to because this bug hasnt been fixed.

I tried spending all my points and re applying the auto redeem, it still won't stay activated.

Ive tried online, on phone and its not staying activated.

Its been months.

I am an Xbox Insider in the Beta Ring. I redeemed my physical 2013 Xbox One Day One Edition console code 13 years ago on this exact Gamertag.

However, my profile is experiencing a known server-side sync error where the 0-Gamerscore system achievement has dropped off my public history, preventing the new Profile Badge script from generating my Day One Badge.

I need a manual Account History Script Audit to re-verify my launch-day console license hardware tie-in.

Hi Xbox Insider Team / Mods,

I’m writing to request a manual review for my Xbox Insider profile badges. I’ve been quietly grinding away in the program for 3 years and 5 months

(currently in the Beta ring), but my profile has never updated with any of the official Insider Shield Badges (Bronze, Silver, or Gold).

Looking at my dashboard stats, I’ve completed:

Insider Level: 15

Bug Reports Filed: 128

Surveys Completed: 128

Quests Done: 19

Longest Pulse Streak: 23 weeks

I will attached a photo of my current dashboard profile card as proof. I really want to continue doing my part to help test the ecosystem, but it feels like my account has completely slipped through the automated rewards script.

Could a staff member please take a quick look at my telemetry history and manually sync the correct shield badge to my Gamertag?
