Found kittens under my shed
Hi! About two weeks ago, I started seeing a cat hanging around in my backyard. It's not bothering me, so I just let it do its thing. Then, a week ago, I saw it had passed away from getting hit by a car. Now there are kittens in my backyard, and when I tried to get closer to them, they ran under the shed. From charts I can see online, I think they are around 4-6 weeks old. I think their mom was the cat that died, but right now I am just watching them from a distance in case their mom is a different cat, and she does come back. Also, the temperature under the shed is a bit cooler, but the temperature outside is 82 degrees right now. It has been about 4 hours now since I saw them, and no mama has come to check on them. I have no experience with cats other than pet-sitting a few times, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
