I'm building a practice management platform built for vet clinics, by people who've spent time in them.
The honest version of why we built it: most clinic software either does one thing well and nothing else, or tries to do everything and becomes a nightmare to actually use. We wanted something that covers the entire workflow - from the moment a pet walks in to the invoice going out — without needing three different tools or a training week.
What I actually want from this thread:

📋 Medical Timeline — every consult, vaccine, lab report, and prescription in one chronological view per pet. Read a patient's entire history before they even sit on the table.
🩺 Consultations — guided 3-step flow: vitals → diagnosis & Rx → review. Symptom pickers, drug templates, clinical advice that auto-carries into the PDF.
💊 Inventory — batch-level tracking, FEFO dispensing, low-stock and expiry alerts, barcode scanner for receives and dispenses. No more discovering expired stock mid-consultation.
🧾 Billing — tax-compliant invoices (GST/VAT), split payments across UPI/cash/card, partial payment tracking with running balance. One screen, done.
💬 WhatsApp — share Rx PDFs, vaccination reminders, invoices, and appointment confirmations directly to pet parents. No extra app needed.
📅 Appointments — day/week/month calendar, per-doctor color coding, walk-in support, configurable slot durations.
👥 Team & Roles — doctors, nurses, receptionists each get the right access. Multi-location clinics run from one login.
