I took delivery of my Model 3 Long Range on April 24, 2026 — the same day Tesla launched its One Year of Free Supercharging promotion. Tesla denied my eligibility citing a 4:00 PM PT cutoff that appears nowhere in their published Terms & Conditions. Key facts: • Tesla's own T&C says only "for a limited time" — no date, no time, no cutoff • Tesla's Corporate Resolutions confirmed in writing: "The Terms and Conditions do not include a time-based restriction" • My delivery was delayed from April 16 to April 24 due to a missing part — Tesla's own mistake • A corporate rep confirmed my eligibility and issued a ticket — reversed the next day • BBB complaint filed. Tesla responded: "Our position is unwavering." Has anyone experienced this? Any advice welcome.
