Dillon is a Dill Dog topped with a creamy dill sauce I made by combing cream cheese and butter milk with dried dill, a ton of fresh dill, and dill relish. The dog also has crumbled Utz Fried Dill Pickle Chips and chopped chives. Inspired by one of you in my earlier post. Thanks!

This week at the dog shop I’m running an Everything Bagel inspired dog called Jerry. I whipped some cream cheese with a little buttermilk to make it easier to apply at scale while keeping the flavor profile. I topped that with Jalapeño Everything Bagel Seasoning, chopped fresh Chives, and chopped Pickled Red Onions. It’s been a hit so far!

The dog is all beef and locally made. We buy the whole run so we get them as fresh as possible. The buns are baked fresh in house. Trying to do this thing right.
