Rate my Dogs

I air fried the wieners for 13 minutes on 400. I used only what I had on hand for toppings which was mustard , ketchup , sharp cheddar, and baked beans. Had some cold potato salad on the side to balance things out.

Good Dogs

Cooked a couple Nathan's in the air fryer while crisping Martin's rolls in the toaster oven (added 'Merican cheese halfway through). Topped with a mix of spicy mustard and Huy Fong chili garlic sauce.

4th of July remnants

Polishing off the last of the dogs left over from our 4th of July festivities.

Hot dogs are Nueske's "Big Dog";

About 8 minutes on a George Foreman grill;

Buns 5 minutes under the broiler;

Finished it off nice and simple with Plochman's yellow mustard, some diced red onion, diced pickle and a light sprinkling of Kinder's "Woodfired Garlic"

Hot dog unhappy surprise

Have any of you ever had these Polish frankfurters? I bought some the other night at an international market for July 4 hot dog fest. I grilled them up, took a taste and was pretty grossed out. If you told me they were vegan, I would have totally believed you. Very chemical, with a fake smoky taste. Luckily, I had some Hill’s franks from Oregon as a backup. But I’m just curious if any of you have had these before?
