Always get DD when I stop at Arco. Usually just mustard and tons of onion but this time I went jalapeno and this one i added relish and tried mayo too. Never added mayo before. It was ok.
First the dogs- Jesse Jones red dogs, Castleberry chili, Ball Park butter flavored buns, Colby jack cheese, and yellow mustard underneath.
Did I over cheese it or is there no such thing as too much cheese on a hot dog?
Mrs wanted brauts and Mac & cheese. Told her to get what she wanted and I'd fix 'em.
So, I had Johnson Stadium Brauts and the trial Dr. Pepper based brauts. Boiled, not grilled (her preferred way to fix them).
She's happy about it and ate three helping of Mac. Forgive me family, I am ashamed.
For whatever reason, I’ve always had a weird hang up about mixing cheese infused dogs with any condiments but I put spicy mustard on my Johnsonville pepper jack brats and it definitely elevated it. What other sauces compliment pepper jack/cheddar dogs in your opinion?

I posted yesterday about hitting 100 hotdogs in my contest of hotdog degeneracy. There were some questions about rules and my fiancée spent a while making this rule sheet so I figured it deserved to be shared. As per request I will be updating yall periodically on my progress.
I will also add: I refuse to allow myself to participate in the “2 point creative dogs”. I am raw dogging this contest and my count is 1:1. The 2 point dog rule was added to give others a chance to win against my autistic hotdog addiction.
Also: I cannot digest dairy or red meat so all of my hotdogs have been turkey franks or vegan dogs. This is how I’m avoiding consuming SO much sodium. Believe it or not. I was 177lbs when I started and now I’m 170lbs. Hot dog diet? Stomach cancer? No way to tell.
Side of mandatory vegetables, courtesy of my girlfriend. Apparently the onion doesn't count?
Been wanting to do these since I drunkenly had one in Seattle back in 2019. Tried to recreate as best I remembered: grilled bun, whipped cream cheese, spicy mustard, sautéed onions, fresh jalepenos, kraut, and a nice beef sausage. Maybe not aesthetically pleasing but definitely tasty!
Absolutely Fantastic, their Greek style chili gave me skyline vibes. Unsure if I prefer with or without the cheese. Buns were super light, I could see how easy it could be to eat 5+ if you were hungry.
Also the restaurant was maybe one of the cleanest I’ve ever been to.
10/10, this will be something I hit every time I’m back in the area.
PS - Michigan, you rock, could you help adopt my wife and I into the area?
