Dijon, pimento cheese, and sweet relish

Wish I had an everything bagel seeded bun for these beauties but overall a banger.

Split dogs griddled, cream cheese, toasted Martin's bun, sautéed onions, fresh sliced jalapeños.

Not the prettiest but did the job.

Fried egg, cheddar, hot sauce, tater tots, ketchup. Goes well with coffee, or if you're lucky, a cold beer.

Im a big fan of Farideh's cooking vids on Vice back in the day. Can't wait to try some of the recipes in here. Sicily!

Dogs cooked in miso butter. With cheddar, kewpie mayo, nori furikake, kimchi, and scallion. Banging but i would add sriracha next time.
