Homemade Quesadilla with Black beans, Pinto beans, Corn, Tomatoes, Onion, Bell peppers, Green Chilies, Chicken and cheese + a shit ton of seasoning

Sirloin. Iceberg salad. Smothered baked potato. Green beans. Lots of butter and cheese

Somehow this satisfied a chocolate covered strawberry craving I didn’t know I had lol. I just chopped a regular ice cream sandwich into cubes and called it a day, though if I had whipped cream and fudge…. Super easy dessert and I’d definitely try with other fruit!

One of my favorite dishes to make during the week :) How does everybody like theirs?
