Hello,

I’m new to the UK and currently based near Birmingham. I’m currently on job hunt. I have the right to work in the UK and no sponsorship is require. I have over 12 years of experience working as a HR who has performed different roles such as HRBP, M&A, HR Project Management, HRIS Platforms (which involved in implementing systems for the organisation), HR Operation, Talent Acquisition so on and so forth. I have been applying to every HR role based on the relevant experience i hold. Every role that I apply, I’m only getting an auto rejection email, not getting any calls, I tried reaching out placement firms like Hays and Michael Page etc.. HR Consultants I’m not even getting a proper response. I have shared my coordinates. but I have not received any call back. applied via LinkedIn and all job boards.

It‘s been 2 months since my job search. I have worked with leading MNCs, I have taken a training in Acas codes of practice.

I do not know what to do? :( please can someone tell me what am I doing wrong? I’m open to all employment types , full time or part time works, I have even applied for junior roles, even there I get only auto rejection emails. no calls

A bit about me: I have 12+ years’ experience in HR and Project Management with MNCs, and a post-graduate certification. I’m also happy to explore new opportunities outside my usual field.

I know this may not be the “jobs” sub, but I thought I’d reach out for any guidance, suggestions, or leads—especially local ones. I’ve tried job boards, LinkedIn, HR consultants, and even the job centre, but nothing has clicked yet. Any tips or recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
