Yo!

S2B on the 17th of June. Initially was really happy with the dew/drops on the surface but now I’m thinking it’s TOO wet and not evaporating? I dabbed one cakes surface with a paper towel after this vid (unnecessary?).

Both tubs have been over a heat mat so I don’t think temp is the issue, UNLESS, I need to bump it up for evaporation? It would be out of fruiting temps though

Grandiosa Green - Weekend Blue Cheese (15g)

Yo!

Keen to hear people experience(s) with ‘Grandiosa Green - Weekend Blue Cheese (15g)’.

I asked my doc for a nice Indica, intended for evening use before bed.

What do we think?

Cheers, big-ears

Cart Recs

Yo!

Looking for some Indica cart recommendations.
Only use in the evening for sleep.
Got a Vessel Craftsman unopened collecting dust I wanna breakout (got it before the ban 😂)

For the past year, I have only been using Humacology Pink oil and Phytoca 30:30:30 gummies/pastilles that don’t seem to be hitting like they used to.

Open to other gummy or flower recs if they really standout.

Cheers, big-earseseses

Punished or Valued? (ES)

Yo!

Trying to figure out if I’m being valued for my experience and time (7 years at this one school, 4yrs 1:1 with ASD student + 3yrs full time with two students with physical disabilities including toileting [always two person]). Male if relevant.

Parents recently wanted to change toileting procedure to ‘accommodate the boys growing needs’. The proposal was a lot more involved than I was comfortable with and what we have been doing.
First time in 7years I asked for a meeting with the principal. Pretty much said I’m not doing it and of course open to anything else.

I guess they did ‘accommodate’ me 😂, but now I’m with some of the most demanding kids classes I’ve ever been with. Kids upending rooms and denting walls (regular government school in inner Melb). And kind of feel like I’ve only ever been with challenging classes etc.

Trying real hard here to take it as a compliment.

I assume the leadership thinking is give the most difficult students/classes to the staff with most experience? Makes sense on paper, but I don’t feel like employee wellbeing is considered. When I’m in a cynical mood I almost feel like they want me to quit.

I don’t know 🤷‍♂️. Only have limited work experience; only this one school and relatively young (<30) so maybe this is totally standard, par-for-the-course, etc.
