Was I supposed to only get the primary nonpartisan ballot?

This is my first time voting in Oregon and we got our ballots for the May 19 election. And there’s only one ballot in it for the non-partisan primary. But aren’t we supposed to be voting on senators and the governor and things? Does that come separately? And if so, it’s very late. Did anyone else get this? Do I have to vote on those people in person? I’m so confused.

And also maybe kind of dumb/uninformed.

Edit: thanks for the answers friends! I was almost certain I had registered affiliated with a party so I guess I’m looking into that. That’s why I was so confused when only one ballot arrived. Question answered!

I am a late diagnosed ADHDer who is learning all sorts of things about myself and my body, so I’m a little behind the curve here and I’m trying to gain as much information as I can. Hopefully, I can ask the group for some insights. I’m in my 40s and I score 3 on the Beighton scale but might just barely get a 4, because I have one pinky that hits 90 degrees but not farther. And my knees are excluded because I have mild genu valgum (knock knees). However, my ankles are very loose and I often feel the joints separate slightly and my wrists also give me trouble in terms of clicking in the joints, pain, and what feels like some separation with certain movements. (Honestly, why are ankles not included in the Beighton scale? ugh)

One thing that it just occurred to me might be related to possible hypermobility, something I do not have a diagnosis for at this time, is the sensation of stinging/electric shock in my feet with impact. When I was a kid, this would be when jumping off of something or landing wrong. As an adult, this can happen when stepping off of a curb if I’m not careful.

Google searching has give different answers about this. Does anyone know if this is something experienced by people with hypermobility and hypermobility related diagnoses?
