Arlo q no longer does geofencing?
I have a bunch of Arlo q cameras and i remember there was something about end of life for those. I’m in the EU if that matters, I vaguely remember something about that. That it wasn’t the same as in the US.
Anyway everything was working fine. But now with the forced “upgrade” I seem to no longer be able to do geofencing which is like the only feature I need from cameras. They seem to have locked that behind “custom modes” which conveniently for them, these cameras can’t do.
It says “some devices won’t be able to participate in custom modes”.
Or am I missing something? Can I do it another way? I would never but the other expensive battery cameras.
Haha I hate when shitty companies makes shit worse so that you’re forced to buy new stuff. Well it will never be Arlo again that’s for sure.
