lol eagle eye stats

Idk if you guys actually look at the comments and stuff.

But

And in your videos I can’t tell if you like the more big line stuff or the little stuff or all the stuff. I think it’s a combination of all + whimsy

But like

Can we get some kinda tracker???????

The reflecting pool case and the grand jury bs. It makes you go crazy keeping track

Or like

I don’t know I’m not a lawyer but I kind of do trust you guys when you say this shit’s unprecedented

Like I need an unprecedented tracker break it down

DOJ deal with this kind

DOJ reprimand

Scathing judge reviews, and comments

I think we need some like lore building here.

I also kind of miss learning about you guys and your specific areas of law a little bit

Also hearing your feelings, your legal theory type of stuff

I can see why maybe you wouldn’t wanna talk about that though if you’re actually you know in business

So I completely understand

Also, last thing you guys should do like an AMA an old school one inside your sub even if it’s like a long format one.

I know a lot of content creators go the Patreon route. I kind of hate that, but I also understand it. I feel like you guys are in a unique place where you don’t get demonetized very often or as often as some of the other content creators, I watch.

So something also to think about if there’s any bit of all truistic value in this for you

eBay execs w/ Liz

This was a really good one, I really think it fits in nicely with a lot of other content that’s been coming out like Bricks and Mini, and Madison square garden. Theres a serious theme of corporate behavior being above the law.

It really seems like we have a 2 tier justice system and if you don’t have the money for your freedom then you don’t really have freedom from corporate.

Liz even touches on this when she talks about the under skilled laborers who caught felonies following orders. Yes their actions are problems, but the bigger picture is in-fact the equity. These young girls will never have the same earning potential because they did what corporate demanded them to do. They came onto EBay for growth and opportunity and left significantly WORSE.

To the outside observer yes they seem almost victims in their own right.

Like I know this sounds stupid but just yesterday I decided to buy a bandana to cover my hair while I do some yard work this weekend. Where does one even go to get one????? Literally couldn’t find one…

But here’s the thing….. i genuinely worry about being tracked… the government hates me, I’m trans, basically a terrorist to them…. Like I don’t want to end up in a court room defending myself against the might of the US legal system. That’s seems crazy but is it? I don’t know, what if I go to a protest that gets violent and I have nothing to do with it…

And it’s not getting any better…. Like this

Combating Organized Retail Crime

Like WTF… NO…. I want to buy a bandana without ending up in a camera system connected to LE in a system where the DoJ DOES routinely fuck with grand juries to get indictments.

Anyway. The irony in her debrief and her joy in having a story “not about politics” really isn’t true, it’s still politics, it always is

Eds diagnosis worth it?

Is it worth it to get the diagnosis? My pcp has done the hyper-mobility test, I hit the mark for a diagnosis refferal. My cousin on my dad’s side has a diagnosis. My dad is actually seeing a disease specialist and has been for a couple years…. He also had a 4.5cm aortic anuresum they are monitoring.

I have long suspected this. I even got my own wgs 30x. I found markers in protien specific areas but none specifically id as pathogenic.

I’m bendy with the velvety skin, same as my dad. I have a hiatal hernia since childhood. I keep reading mild cases of Eds and MCAD and thinking it sounds all to familiar

Is the diagnosis worth it…. Or a potential liability ?

Interesting Outcomes ahead?

I happened to catch that NH just signed this bill… it’s being reported on as “requiring teachers to out trans students” but it’s actually not true….

The bill is the result of an anonymous person who is apparently upset that their kid is trans and when they confronted the school about it, the school refused the parents demands.

The New Hampshire Supreme Court agreed with the school in the student against the parent

And so this law was created

But the law is really short, and really vague. It essentially says if a student’s parent submits, a written request for information the school must reply.

So this bill isn’t about a transgender thing at all it makes no mention of that which got me thinking

If I pretend to be a New Hampshire teacher and a parent comes to me asking if their kid is transgender what do I tell them?

I know that transgender people exist

But as far as my government goes, they don’t

So is this parent just act asking me a nonsensical question that has no answer and how does this law handle questions from parents that don’t like the answers.

That’s just like one part of it overall what I think is the bigger story or idea is that the government is so concerned about defining men and women legally in order to carve out trans people however their laws are being written in ways that target a community that they say doesn’t exist

At some point in order to prosecute or an act or whatever execute these laws, they’re gonna have to define what a trans woman or trans man is

And they don’t wanna do that https://www.nhpr.org/politics/2026-07-07/ayotte-law-teachers-parental-rights-gender-identity

I’m adding this for some more thinking I was doing about it

Yea, I don’t know jack about the law, but, as a common person….

I think that NH gov is actually kinda good about avoiding issues like this. A surprising thing. I wonder… and I’m being cautious not to give her credit for 5d chess plays….

But what if she signed it because she knows it’s dead on enforcement…. The minute a teacher gets one of those they are going to be advised by their unions to make it a thing……

The law also has this “harm to the child” exception built into it…. So in a case like this, angry parent, a teacher should know when their answer could result in harm. But again i cant tell if it’s protection for the teacher, the child, or both.

But then i started thinking about it more….

What if this parent is a fucking chad and finds out a teacher is being a bigot and ask for clarification.

Theirs actually a BUNCH of recent and relevant cases

By teachers

And guess what… ofc they claim first amendment religious freedom ect

And so far

It’s been working…..

Meriwether v. Hartop (6th Cir. 2021)- professor, trans student, professor got disciplined and took it to court

Kennedy v. Bremerton School District (U.S. Supreme Court 2022) - that football coach that prayed and won

Garcetti v. Ceballos (U.S. Supreme Court 2006) - this is an old one, feds said “rights are reduced for gov employees”… this would definitely end up in the conversation. If ur an ally this is one of those “got here first” kinda things… where it’s hard to let this exist without a fouling that.

Bostock- it’s not dead but if it was used I’d imagine it would force interpretation.

This seems like a novel entry way to something I hadn’t really thought of until I did that searching.

Oh and it has, what I think is innocuous language but could maybe matter a lot more under this scenario an exception

“Violates federal law”

But yes, I think this law could be very easily subverted or ignored, though, I also think it’s ripe for a challenge because of the way it’s written.

A parent requesting information they don’t know exist has to ask that question in a specific way to get meaningful clarification.

Answering that question as a good witch teacher

- is the kid gonna get hurt? If they do could I be liable? Does it prevent me from doing this?

- I have to answer honestly with my direct knowledge. What do I actually know factually here? I doubt many parents will even ask the right way… “hey did my kids pronouns change” … yea maybe in 6th grade but to that 11th grade teacher they have been constantly the ones the student want.

I even setup a scenario with chat gpt where it was the parent trying to get me say their kid was trans and every scenario I came up with seemed like I could easily think of a way out of answering the question with what they were fishing for and still answer honestly and all that jazz

But even wilder is the fact that it leaves the teachers responsibility so vague it’s useless:…. If a trans kid comes out to the guidance counselor and the next year all the teachers are told they have this student who’s name is _____ or, the students could be instructed to tell the nurse, she’s exempt entirely, as is the guidance counselor I believe. I think it’s just licensed teachers. But yea if a 3rd party handles all
The drama the teachers are left out of the conversation

I’m sure there’s more

It just screams of a predictable scenario in which a teacher gets punished but also follows the law accordingly…. Which I think is one of the big things courts look for

But again

Idk I just listen to LE while I do my Homework or wash dishes. But I feel like it’s a concept.

I’d love to see who pushed for this….

Cuz

I do think that will happen, when a parent gets an answer they don’t like they are going to demand action, when that doesn’t happen they are going to send a flurry of these questionnaires…. Or if a teacher gets punished over culture war stuff I imagine unions will represent them…and then, again, what if it’s all handled by 3rd party. I imagine that would change a lot of these answers. I just can’t see this working out

Do you tan well?

Just a curiosity. I know a few people with eds and we all seem to tan very well despite being ghost with blue veins during the wintry months.

I was thinking about it and wondering if there is possibly an overactive response to the damage from the sun but who knows.

Hbu? Do you tan easily?

Hey ladies, what do you do with your hair?

My hair… for the second time, is long enough to kinda sorta do stuff with. My ex wife has long advocated for me to “get it out of my face” because it looks better.

And ….

I think she’s right.

It’s almost long enough to put back, not quite tho, not enough hair is long enough to fill a hair tie. And clips are kinda silly atm because it’s barely enough to clip back.

Lately i pin some stuff back but that’s about it, I wouldn’t call
It a style necessarily

Latest video “doj lies” Was somehow the most cathartic experience ever

Like idk, I feel like the channel keeps lgbtq issues in a genuinely respectful manner. When they cover something queer they do it delicately and not to frequently. For a while now I figured trans things were just not on the radar anymore.

I’m sure that’s a me thing, I’m trans, it’s something I experience all the time.

Seeing a lot of what gets covered by 🦅 is cool because I get it… I’m a minority…. Small tiny lil group.

There are larger demographics facing issues too.

Idk it’s just really nice to have something come out that Im hyper aware of… And there’s plenty of it. Since day 1 there’s been real reversals of policy by executive departments. Being trans puts you in a community that has its own little speculation and worry. I wish the video could be more direct about the direct harm and the “theory” crafting kind of stuff that’s shows some of the targeting we are seeing and what it looks like in places that aren’t like ri… more than NY… like one intresting thing is how Texas forced a hospital to open an’anti trans’ program or some shiz. Yess, it’s like this on the weekly, sometimes daily for us, seeing what boils up to Trans. Supreme Court

But

I also respect they don’t always get in the weeds and in my case here, they might be right idk.

Took my final for maternity today… I really need a good grade… like a 70 to pass but like an 85 to get my grades to where I want them.

This class has been :/

I’d be more upset if the other girls in nursing were passing the class but we are all 😬

Something cruel about potentially having to redo the course about child birth as a trans woman
