Can’t decide USC or NYU or STAY
I’m a CS 4 year student and have a fall internship lined up.
USC:
Pro:
- Spring transfer, I’m actually happy about spring transfer as it’s perfect timing I have a fall internship lined up
Con:
- The major: I wanted CS viterbi but got a major in dornsife.. (anyone have any success with SWE at dornsife lmk)
NYU:
Pro:
- Got the major I want
Con:
- it’s in the fall, deferring to spring isn’t allowed (but I’ll try) so I lose my fall internship that I have lined up
STAY:
I grind it out im just not happy here but career and major trajectory is good but bad student life and culture
Im leaning towards USC as it’s been a school I really wanted, but my major not being CS and I heard it’s hard to internally transfer. But the network, and location seems so good
