After unchecking this setting RL no longer freezes or compeletely crashes the game when the window loses focus after alt+tabbing or getting a notification pop up. This was also discussed here: https://www.reddit.com/r/RocketLeague/comments/1k0w0w9/if_your_rocket_league_freezescrashes_when_you/

You can adjust the OC for various P-States

+3000 mem | +370 core. Second picture is the highest score with stock bios, +3000 mem | +400 core. max power, max core mv.
