Our voltage here becomes extremely low, especially at night until morning. sometimes only around 80 to 100 volts. Because of this, we can’t properly use water pumps, electric fans become very slow, some lights don’t work, outlets sometimes can’t even charge a phone, and refrigerators don’t stay cold. Groceries and even meat start to smell bad by morning.

This is becoming too much, especially since our municipality depends on businesses and tourism. There are restaurants and beach resorts here that get many visitors from other cities, but I’ve heard businesses are already being affected because guests complain about the weak water supply, slow electric fans, and aircons that barely work.

Does anyone know what is causing this or what actions we can take against ALECO? Has anyone successfully reported or escalated this kind of issue before?

Need advice. We already paid the DP for a RAV4 because the dealership told us release would only take 3 days. After signing, it became 2 weeks, then 1 month, and now it’s almost 2 months with still no clear update.

We keep getting told they “don’t know yet” when the unit will be released. Is this normal? How long would you wait before canceling or escalating?
