S'mores Inspired Chocolate Chunk "Brownie" topped with chocolate icing, marshmallow fluff, biscoff crumble, peanut butter & banana
I used chocolate cream of rice as a base to get a brownie like consistently (with great taste). Usually make a macro friendly version as a preworkout meal but had calories to spare today so figured I'd go a little crazy with the toppings. This was 862 calories, 50g protein, 140g carbs, 14 fats in case anyone was wondering. Tasted like a 2000 calorie dessert for much less
