I have a unmodded Switch (t w o) and a modded Switch 1. I wanted to match and transfer the game version from my unmodded Switch to the modded Switch. The game copy on the modded Switch 1 isn't legit however, and I was wondering if the unmodded Switch would get banned if I transfered it over (Switch 1 is on emuMMC).
